# Understanding Live feed

**What It Shows:**

The Live Feed lets you **inspect each individual email**, as it moves through stages like sent, delivery attempt, bounce, or open. It's like a **logbook of every email event** that happened for a selected day.

#### **Available Filters:**

You can narrow down and search using:

* **Date Range**
* **From Address** (your sender email)
* **Recipient Domain** (e.g., gmail.com)
* **Event Type** (Sent, Delivery Attempt, Bounce, Open, etc.)
* **Bounce Type** (Hard, Soft, Invalid, etc.)
* **Email Address** or **Tracking ID**

#### **How to Use It:**

Let’s say a customer says they didn’t receive a password reset email. You can:

1. Go to **Live Feed**
2. Enter their email address
3. View the delivery attempt details: Was it sent? Delivered? Bounced?
4. Use this data to fix the issue or follow up with the customer confidently

#### **Use Cases:**

* **Customer support:** Investigate delivery for a specific recipient
* **Deliverability testing:** Check which email providers (like Gmail) are accepting your emails
* **Bounce analysis:** Understand why certain emails failed
* **Debug issues:** Track exact timestamp and status for every triggered email
