# Understanding export in transactional

**What It Does:**

The Export tab allows you to **download all your email event data** for in-depth analysis, audits, or sharing with internal teams.

#### **Exportable Data Includes:**

* Sent
* Delivered
* Opened
* Clicked
* Bounced (including bounce reason like invalid address)
* Complaints
* Unsubscribes

#### **Data Access Range:**

* Export **up to 30 days** of historical data
* Or directly **view/search the last 7 days** inside the platform

#### **Use Cases:**

* Create reports for **compliance, auditing, or internal analytics**
* Share raw event data with **engineering or CRM teams**
* Identify **domains with high bounce or complaint rates**
* Filter and isolate **bad data sources** (e.g., fake emails)
