# Dashboard Overview

**What It Shows:**

The Dashboard gives a **real-time overview** of how your transactional emails are performing for the selected date (default: today). It’s the first place to check when you want to understand the **overall health** of your SMTP/API emails.

#### 📊 **Key Metrics Explained:**

<table><thead><tr><th>Metric</th><th width="449.27734375">What it Means</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>In Progress</strong></td><td>Emails still being processed by the system and not yet delivered.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Suppressed</strong></td><td>Emails that were blocked from being sent due to suppression logic — such as invalid addresses, previous bounces, or unsubscribes.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Submitted</strong></td><td>Number of emails received by Kasplo from your application via SMTP/API.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Sent</strong></td><td>Number of emails successfully sent from Kasplo to ISPs (like Gmail, Yahoo).</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Delivered</strong></td><td>Emails confirmed as delivered to the inbox or spam folder of the recipient.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Opened</strong></td><td>Number of times your email was opened (based on tracking pixel load).</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Clicked</strong></td><td>How many recipients clicked on a link inside the email.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Bounced</strong></td><td>Emails that could not be delivered (either temporarily or permanently).</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Unsubscribed</strong></td><td>People who opted out from receiving future emails.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Spam Complaints</strong></td><td>People who marked your email as spam.</td></tr></tbody></table>

#### **Volume Report (Graph):**

This line graph shows **hour-by-hour trends** across the day for each event. It helps identify:

* When most emails were sent
* What time delivery spiked
* When users engaged (opens/clicks)
* Any unusual bounce or complaint activity

#### **Use Cases:**

* Quickly **monitor the health** of your transactional emails.
* Identify if there was a **spike in bounces or complaints**.
* Use as your go-to dashboard for live campaign health.
