# Transactional

The **Transactional Tab** in Kasplo gives you full visibility into all **one-to-one, system-triggered emails**  delivered through **SMTP or API integration**. These emails are not part of your bulk marketing campaigns, but are instead **automatically triggered** by user actions or system events. Transactional emails are **event-based, real-time messages** sent when a specific action is taken by a user or system

### **Integration with Third-Party Tools**

Kasplo integrates seamlessly with platforms like:

* **CleverTap**
* **MoEngage**
* **WebEngage**
* **Custom in-house systems**

These platforms typically handle **campaign logic and user behavior triggers**, while **Kasplo handles the email delivery** via **SMTP or API**.
