# Kasplo Integration with MoEngage
The MoEngage Kasplo integration allows you to send emails through Kasplo’s reliable SMTP infrastructure while still managing, analyzing, and optimizing your campaigns inside MoEngage.
By connecting MoEngage to Kasplo via SMTP, your campaigns will be delivered through Kasplo’s email delivery infrastructure, while MoEngage continues to track user events and campaign analytics.

### Prerequisites
Before starting the integration, make sure you have:
* A verified sender domain in Kasplo (SPF and DKIM configured).
* Kasplo SMTP credentials (SMTP Host, Username, and Password).
* Access to your MoEngage workspace with permission to configure Email & Webhooks/Callbacks.
* Basic understanding of SMTP configuration.
### Step 1 - Configure MoEngage to Use a Custom/Generic SMTP
Add Kasplo as your SMTP provider in MoEngage.
**Steps:**
1. Sign in to your MoEngage Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Channels → Email (or Email Settings / Providers).
3. Click Add Provider.
4. Choose Custom/Generic SMTP.
5. Enter the following SMTP details:

6. Save the provider configuration.
If MoEngage provides a Send Test Email option, send a test message to confirm the configuration.
### Step 2 – Get MoEngage Callback/Webhook URL
MoEngage needs to receive delivery events from Kasplo to track campaign performance.
**Steps:**
1. In your MoEngage Dashboard, go to Email Settings.
2. Locate the Callbacks / Webhooks section.
3. Copy the Callback URL used for processing:
* Bounces
* Spam complaints
* Unsubscribes
* Delivery updates
Keep this URL ready for the next step.
### Step 3 — Add the Callback URL in Kasplo
Once you obtain the callback URL from MoEngage, add it to Kasplo so event updates can be sent back to MoEngage.
#### Steps:
1. Copy the Call Back URL and share it with Kasplo Support Team.
2. Send Test Mail From Moengage to verify the integration.
Kasplo will now send real-time email events back to MoEngage.
