# Kasplo Integration with CleverTap

The CleverTap–Kasplo integration helps businesses send emails through Kasplo’s SMTP services while still benefiting from CleverTap’s powerful engagement and analytics features.

By connecting CleverTap to Kasplo via SMTP, your campaigns are delivered through Kasplo’s email delivery infrastructure, while CleverTap continues to track events and engagement analytics.

### Prerequisites

**Before starting, ensure you have:**

* A verified sender domain in Kasplo (SPF/DKIM configured).
* Kasplo SMTP credentials (Host, Username, Password).
* Access to your CleverTap workspace with permission to configure Email & Webhooks/Callbacks.
* Basic familiarity with SMTP configuration.

### Step 1 — Configure CleverTap to Use a Custom/Generic SMTP

Add Kasplo as your SMTP provider in CleverTap. (Menu names may vary depending on your plan/UI.)

**Steps:**

1. Sign in to your CleverTap Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Channels → Email (or Email Settings / Providers).
3. Click Add Provider.
4. Choose Custom/Generic SMTP.
5. Enter the following SMTP details:

6. Save the provider configuration.

If CleverTap offers a Test Email option, send a test message to confirm the setup.

### Step 2 — Get CleverTap Callback/Webhook URL

CleverTap needs to receive email delivery events from Kasplo to track campaign performance.

#### Steps:

1. In your CleverTap Dashboard, go to Email Settings.
2. Locate the Callbacks / Webhooks section.
3. Copy the Callback URL used for processing:

* Bounces
* Spam complaints
* Unsubscribes
* Delivery updates

Keep this URL handy for the next step.

### Step 3 — Add the Callback URL in Kasplo

Once you have the callback URL from CleverTap, add it to Kasplo so event updates are sent back to CleverTap.

#### Steps:

1. Copy the Call Back URL and share it with Kasplo Support Team.
2. Send Test Mail From Clevertap to verify the integration.

Kasplo will now send real-time event updates (bounces, unsubscribes, spam reports) back to CleverTap automatically.
