* From the left-hand menu, click Campaigns → Send Campaign.

### Step 3: Choose Your Audience

#### Send To

* Select your Lists, Segments, or both.
* You can choose multiple lists or segments.
* Segments help target users by behavior, location, activity, etc.

#### Don’t Send To

* Exclude specific Lists, Segments, or past Campaign recipients.
* Useful for avoiding duplicate sends and preventing over-engagement.

### Step 4: Set Sending Volume Limits

If you don’t want to send to your full audience:

* In Limit, set the maximum number of emails (e.g., 20,000).
* Kasplo auto-calculates the Target Count after applying suppressions and exclusions.

### Step 7: Configure Sender Details (A & B)

* Enter From Name (e.g., John from Kasplo).
* Enter a verified From Email Address.
* (Optional) Add a Reply-to Address if different from the sender.

### Step 8: Configure Content Test Settings

1. **Decide Test Size & Duration**

* Choose how many recipients will be part of the A/B test.
* Define the testing period (days and hours) to collect enough data.

2. **Select Winning Metric**

Pick the metric to determine the “winning” variant:

* Open Rate: Best for testing subject lines, preview text, or sender details.
* Click Rate: Best for testing content like buttons or links.
* Click-Through Rate (CTR): Percentage of all recipients who clicked a link.
* Click-to-Open Rate (CTOR): Percentage of recipients who opened the email and clicked a link.

3. **Set Test Size & Distribution**

* Enter Test Size (%) – portion of your audience to include in the A/B test.
* Kasplo splits this size equally across all variants.

4. **Define Winning Variation**

* Kasplo will automatically calculate and display the number of recipients who will receive the winning variant based on the Test Size (%) you entered in the size distribution.
* You don’t need to manually calculate it — it adjusts dynamically as you set the test size.

5. **Set Test Duration**

* This determines how long the A/B test will run before Kasplo selects the winning variant.
* After the set Days, Hours, and Minutes, the winning variant will automatically be sent to the remaining audience.

> It’s essentially the countdown for when the A/B winner is applied to the rest of your recipients.

  * How it renders across inboxes
  * Subject line personalization
  * Layout and design

### Step 10: Save as Draft (Optional)

**Not ready to send?**

* Click Save as Draft.
* Access your saved campaign anytime from the Drafts tab.

### Step 11: Final Review & Send or Schedule

* Click Send Now to view the Campaign Summary.
* Review all settings: audience, content, sender, limits, variants, etc.
