  • Risky Data Suppression – One-Click Option

Risky addresses such as bademail, unknown, or bad can be automatically added to suppression lists to avoid sending errors and protect sender reputation. This option is available both via API and UI.

How Kasplo Verifies Emails

  • Real-Time SMTP-Based Verification Across All ISPs

Kasplo performs live verification with mail servers across all major ISPs (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo,Outlook). Note: The result depends on the server’s behavior at the moment of check (e.g., greylisting, temporary errors, catch-all configuration), and ISPs may change behavior over time.

  • Status Accuracy May Vary Based on ISP Behavior

Due to SMTP-level variability and privacy protocols, especially with providers like Gmail, accuracy is highest for open mail servers and limited for catch-all or greylisted domains.

Risk Classification: What We Know (and Don’t)

  • Spam Traps, Honeypots, and Blacklists

Kasplo flags only known spam traps and blacklisted addresses based on its internal database and partner network. Important: ISPs do not publicly share trap addresses. No system can fully detect all spam traps — beware of services promising 100% trap removal.

Policy: Purchased or Rented Lists

Kasplo strictly prohibits the use of purchased or rented email lists on its marketing platform.

  • These lists are often outdated, risky, and contain spam traps or invalid emails.

  • Violating this policy can result in account suspension or termination.

  • Verification services are not to be used for cleaning third-party lists intended for unsolicited campaigns.
